Pale or clay color, black color, red color, any visible blood, Type 7 liquid stool, or Type 6 with severe pain. These trigger the highest level regardless of other answers.
Type 1 (hard lumps / constipation), Type 6 (mushy / diarrhea), yellow color, or a lot of pain on any type.
Type 2 (borderline constipation), Type 5 (softer than ideal), green color, or some discomfort.
Type 3 or 4, brown color, no blood, no pain. The absence of any trigger above.
